The Manual has been reviewed with a focus on making it easier to read and navigate. In the first three chapters, minor amendments have been made to update for currency and incorporate answers to frequently asked questions.

Additionally, the formatting of chapters 4 to 20 has been amended. The new version incorporates Appendix C (the ISV tables) into each chapter, including only the relevant ISV item number(s) relevant to each chapter.
