This website at www.ctp.sa.gov.au (site) is operated by the CTP Regulator appointed under the Compulsory Third Party Insurance Regulation Act 2016 (Regulator, we or us). The site is operated in compliance with the Government of South Australia’s information privacy principles (IPPs), a copy of which can be obtained on the Department of the Premier and Cabinet website.
The Regulator collects and uses the following information from users of the site:
