Sharing your experience of the Injury Scale Value medical assessment can provide important insights and perspectives on the assessment process. These insights may assist referrers when communicating the purpose and use of assessments with other injured people. They may also assist Accredited Medical Practitioners with their own assessment process.
Feedback can be given online or by downloading a PDF form and emailing it to the MAIAS Administrator.
