Through the Administrator’s latest Quality Assurance Program, several improvements to the templates were identified, and have been incorporated into the new templates. The changes will encourage AMPs to produce consistent, quality reports.

In the updated templates:

• Guidance text has been added to prompt AMPs to include comments about the diagnosis, prognosis and injury stability of each injury
• Questions about the effect of prior or subsequent injuries (questions 5 and 6) have been reworded to increase clarity
