Whiplash is a common injury caused by motor vehicle accidents. If you have whiplash, there are resources available to help you manage your recovery.

Whiplash Injury Recovery

The Whiplash Injury Recovery Guide* is a booklet designed to help people with whiplash injuries.

It provides information about whiplash, and advice on managing whiplash injuries. It also has an exercise program and self-help recommendation.

The advice is based on clinical trials and research into neck injuries, and on the author's extensive experience in treating whiplash-associated disorders.

My Whiplash Navigator

My Whiplash Navigator** is a resource co-designed by researchers, health professionals, people who have experienced whiplash, and Australian Government regulators.

For injured people, it provides helpful resources and information about whiplash. It also has advice on recovering from a whiplash injury, and instructions on recommended exercises.

For health professionals, it provides standard examination and recommended steps for assessing whiplash injuries. It also describes outcome measures, prognostic tools and treatment and management strategies.
