The CTP Regulator can:

• Consider complaints about South Australian CTP insurance or insurers
• Review whether a CTP Insurer has complied with their contractual and legal requirements, and the Regulator Rules
• Provide guidance and information about the CTP claims process

The CTP Regulator cannot:

• Consider complaints about other types of insurance
• Tell the CTP Insurer to change a decision that you disagree with
• Manage your claim, or interfere with the insurer’s management of your claim
• Give you medical or legal advice.
