The Regulator has introduced a Voluntary Medical Certificate for injured people to access faster treatment.

The Voluntary Medical Certificate (Certificate) has been designed to be used when lodging a claim. The simple one page Certificate allows medical practitioners to provide their assessment of injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents and what treatment they recommend.

You can find further information for injured people about the Voluntary Medical Certificate here, and information for medical practitioners about the Voluntary Medical Certificate here.

A Voluntary Medical Certification Fact Sheet with FAQs is also available for injured people and medical practitioners.
